St. John the Baptist Parish narcotics investigators arrested a 38-year-old New Orleans man who they say hid $35,000 worth of heroin in the adult diaper he was wearing. Authorities say they found the nine ounces of heroin on Frank Keys Jr., 38, after a traffic stop Tuesday on Interstate 10 near LaPlace. - nola.com
